New features

Send to approval without preview

From now, you can decide if you don't need to see the preview before sending to approval 

Use the following setting: Allow_Skip_Preview_onSend_ExpenseReport

Tasks

• Add filter by project 

• Remove tasks of other people by delegate will remain in the same position and keep the relevant filter by person

Expense

• Open in new window will open at the relevant page according to the status & Tas type
• Add the current approver at the rotation statuses

Improvements

Auditing

• When someone saving user profile, the action is being auditing at security log
• GLOBAL MANAGERS UPDATE will show if the users are blocked or not

• Template assign actions will be auditing at "Auditing log of settings"

cExpense Reports

• If report type or dates are being changed after expenses has been entered and might cause those expense to disappear because of settings, the user will get an alert and cannot change the type
