We are excited to announce a significant update to the user interface of our Platform.
This update focuses on improving the user experience for complex workflows and processes, making it easier and more intuitive for users to navigate and complete tasks.
The new UI features a modern and sleek design that enhances usability and provides a more engaging experience.
We have also made improvements to the information architecture, streamlining the layout and simplifying the presentation of data.
With this update, we aim to enhance user productivity and satisfaction, enabling our customers to achieve their business objectives more efficiently.

New features
We have added a new feature that displays the total expense amount in the reimbursement currency to approvers during the expense approval process and after the expense is approved. To implement this feature, we have introduced a new phrase "{Total_Expense_Cost}" to the page template,
We have also included the number of participants on the approval page and in the email containing all the details, specifically for managers who need to approve expense reports.
Improvements
We have expanded the membership club number field in the user profile to allow up to 100 characters
We have updated the Analysis Report 91002 for expenses to include the employee accounting code and the name of the report/trip type
We have made improvements to the travel request form, allowing you to enter remarks even when the budget section is hidden (allow_project = hide)
